Terms / Conditions and Liability of Touch The Wild Adventures (TTWA)
WARNING!!!
- This safari might bring you in close contact with wild animals. Although attacks by wild animals are rarely, we cannot guarantee that it won’t happen. Please, always be aware and awake.
- While we take every care, TTWA or any person acting on behalf of TTWA shall not be held responsible or liable for any death, sickness or injury that might be sustained during the safari, arising from any cause whatsoever.
- Clients are advised to have their own travel insurance and medical evacuation.
- This contract between TTWA and the client shall be deemed from the arrival to the departure date.
- The laws of the African countries visited shall apply to all actions that may arise out of the said contract and the client submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the countries visited.
Upon acceptance of Itinerary and date of Safari the following will apply:
- A 50% deposit to be paid within 10 days
- Balance to be paid 30 days before departure
- Unfortunately no refund of any kind will be possible, for the bookings are made and paid well in advance.
- If payment is not received as required, TTWA shall treat the booking as cancelled, and dates will be given to other potential clients.
- Price and Itinerary subject to change without prior notice

Price includes:
- Guide fees (vehicle and fuel)
- Extra recovery equipment
- All bookings and arrangements
- All camp, concession and transit fees
Price excludes:
- National park fees (camp/lodge fees)
- Own vehicle, fuel and camping equipment
- All food and drinks
- Medical evacuation and travel insurance
- Cross border charges
- Visa fees
- All activities
- Anything else not mentioned above
